Small Details Make A Big Difference
These tips help us capture you perfectly.
1. Remain Completely Still
During the capture process, please keep your body and facial expression still. This helps improve the quality of the 3D model and reduces the risk of blurring or distortion.
2. Stand in the Correct Position
Please stand in the centre of the capture area and ensure that no part of your body extends beyond the marked central circle, as this may affect the accuracy of the model.
3. Take Care with Reflective, Sequinned or Sheer Fabrics
For example, sequinned clothing, mirror-effect fabrics or sheer materials. As resin cannot reproduce true reflective effects, glitter, sequins and mirror-like finishes may not be accurately represented on the finished figurine. The texture and transparency of sheer or gauze fabrics may also not be reproduced exactly.
4. Avoid Dangling or Delicate Accessories
Please avoid wearing glasses, hoop earrings or other small, delicate or dangling accessories where possible. These details can be difficult to reproduce accurately and may also be more prone to breakage on the finished figurine.
5. Make-up Guidelines
Please avoid heavy eye make-up and excessively long false eyelashes. As very fine eyelash details cannot be fully reproduced on the figurine, heavy eye make-up or long false eyelashes may cause the eye area to appear unnatural or overly defined.
6. Hairstyle Guidelines
Please ensure that there are no loose strands of hair covering your face or facial features, as these may affect the accuracy of facial modelling.
