How long will it take to receive my personalised 3D figurine?
Creating a 3D figurine involves several complex stages of production. To ensure that every figurine meets the highest possible standard, we carefully control the quality throughout the production process.
The entire process usually takes 7–12 working days to complete.
If you order multiple identical figurines, they can be produced and delivered at the same time.
We also offer model revision and refinement services. Each round of revisions will require an additional 1–2 working days.
The production timeframe begins once all project details have been confirmed.
What payment options do you offer? Are they secure?
We accept payments through Stripe, including a range of major credit and debit cards.
We do not process or collect sensitive financial information directly on our website. Payments are handled securely by a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe.com.
These companies process millions of transactions every day and use secure systems to protect your financial information, including your card details.
To make it easier for more people to own their own personalised figurines, we also offer instalment payment options in partnership with reliable third-party providers.
What is a Proof?
Once the initial model has been confirmed, our professional sculptors will further refine the details of your bespoke 3D model and send you a preview of the refined model.
You can review the preview and provide feedback or request changes to help ensure that the final result meets your expectations.
Each round of revisions will require an additional 1–2 working days.
Will my 3D figurine look exactly like the photograph?
A 3D figurine is a unique keepsake because it is a miniature three-dimensional representation of a person. Due to its reduced scale, it cannot reproduce every extremely fine detail perfectly. Therefore, 100% exact replication is not possible.
However, our technology can achieve a high degree of likeness. Generally, the larger the figurine you choose, the more clearly the finer details can be reproduced.
What materials are used to make the 3D figurines?
We use full-colour resin, combined with the latest 3D printing technology, to create our personalised figurines.
The resin material is highly durable, safe and meets high industry standards. If the figurine is kept in a display case, it will not deform or discolour.
Why are additional identical copies less expensive?
If you order identical copies at the same time as your original figurine is being produced, the additional copies are available at a more favourable price.
This is because we can use the same 3D model file for printing, saving both production time and costs. Ordering additional identical copies therefore offers better value.
Please note that we do not keep customers’ model files indefinitely. Once the relevant file retention period has ended, we may no longer be able to produce an identical copy of your figurine.
If you request identical copies more than 30 working days after your order has been completed, the production process will need to be rescheduled and the price will be recalculated.
How do I order multiple copies?
You will have several opportunities to order multiple copies of your figurine.
You can select or change the number of copies when you initially book your image capture session and again when you confirm your model for printing.

This may be your final opportunity to order identical copies. After this period, we will no longer retain the relevant model files.
What is the maximum figurine size?
Our standard figurine sizes range from 10 cm to 20 cm. We can also create personalised figurines up to a maximum height of 30 cm.
Generally, the larger the figurine, the more clearly the finer details can be reproduced. Larger figurines also require more material and are therefore more expensive.

What is the maximum figurine size?
We can customise figurines up to 30 cm in height. Based on human proportions, you can enter your height and weight information on our website and choose the desired scale from 1:8 to 1:15. The website will immediately provide you with the corresponding figurines size for the selected scale. The larger the figurines, the clearer the details will be. Since more materials are used, larger figurines are therefore more expensive. While we can create figurines smaller than 9 cm, we do not recommend customising very small figurines because they cannot perfectly showcase the details. Scales of 1:9 to 1:12 are worth considering. If you want to create multi-character scenes, we recommend choosing the same figurines scale for all characters in the scene to ensure the proportions are more harmonious.
